Can Added Ingredients Dilute the Potency of Fish Oil?

Warren received the following question from a customer after we announced the release of the new Omega 3 / QH Premium CoQ10.

    Question:

Hi Mr Matthews...now that you have three Omega 3 products, are you planning on discontinuing the original and just keeping Plus (with astaxanthin and lycopene) and the QH Premium CoQ10 (with astaxanthin, lycopene and CoQ10)? I hope not, as I use the regular and am very happy with it. Do all the other ingredients in the DHA Plus / QH Premium CoQ10 dilute the potency of the fish oil in any way? Thanks for a great product.

    Answer from Warren:

You can rest easy…we intend to retain all three versions. Neither the DHA Plus version, nor the QH Premium CoQ10 version will dilute the potency of the fish oil in any way. Both of these extra products have the full amount of fish oil as in the basic version.

    Hi SS,

Sorry for the initial long drawn-out answer. There is no problem at all in taking the two versions. For optimal results, you could take two soft gels of the QH Ultra in the morning and then two soft gels of the Omega DHA or Omega 3 Premium in the evening.

Let us know how you get on.

    Hi Dean,
I asked because 1) I still have balance stocks of the Omega3 and intends to take the QH Ultra and 2) in terms of cost, @ $8/btl
So back to whether there is any problem if we take the two types. TY

Can we mix two types of Omega3. For example; Take 1 gel Omega3/QH in the morning and another gel of original or Premium Omega3 in the evening? Thanks

    Hi SS,
There’s no need to take the other two versions of our fish oil if you are currently taking the Omega 3 / QH Ultra. This is because the QH contains the same amount of DHA, lycopene, and astaxanthin as the standard Omega 3 / DHA and Omega 3 Premium…it also contains an additional ingredient called ubiquinol, which is the natural reduced form of CoQ10.
