Our teeth and gums are a good indicator of our general overall health and a by-product of sensible healthy lifestyle and supplementation.

We have always known that Omega 3 fish oil is good for gums but it tends to get overlooked because of the other more well-known benefits such as cardiovascular. I guess that this is because people are more generally concerned about what is likely to kill them and don’t tend to think of their gums.

It is interesting that many health problems can become first obvious in the gums as they lose their fresh pinkness and start causing problem.

Anyway, a new study has just come out which confirms how good the Omega 3 fish oil is for your gums. If you would like to read more info about this please find the article "Omega-3 may reduce gum disease:study" from www.nutraingredients-usa.com.

Remember that we arguably have the best Omega 3 fish oil on the market today. If you are not already taking it, maybe now might be the time to start.

  • “Without a doubt in my mind you have the best Omega-3 fish oil on the market. (In the world!) I have been taking it for quite a while and I notice real encouraging results. One of them being lower blood pressure which has been a lifetime problem for me. Also a more relaxed feeling of well being. Absolutely excellent!! I have taken many other brands but none even come close to the results I have experienced with the X-Tend Life premium fish oil………Keep up the great work and I hope all have recoved from the quake. What a terrible experience that must have been……Take Care Eric”
