Fish oils may help to activate anti-diabetic genes
"Fish oils may help to activate anti-diabetic genes" --- This is the conclusion that researchers came to after completing a recent study.
It must be kept in mind that this study like many others was conducted on mice, so there is no guarantee that the same results would apply to humans... but, often that is the case. This is because the effects of nutrients in mice seem to mimic that of humans...
Nonetheless it does support the already proven notion that those people with diabetes should take fish oil every day... and those who don’t have diabetes should do so as part of their general health program.
