Bee Pollen

Bee pollen is used for nutrition, to improve stamina and energy, for premature aging and energy.  One of the problems with ‘normal’ bee pollen is that most of the bee pollen granules pass through the digestive system intact with only a very small percentage of the goodness within the bee pollen granules becoming bioavailable.

Xtend-Life have overcome this problem by a special bee pollen protocol which involves processing the bee pollen by mechanical means and then combining it with specific enzymes in a special blending protocol over a period of some days.

Much of the commercially bee pollens have high levels of contaminants due to either insecticides or general air pollution.  The bee pollen used in Xtend-Life Natural Energy is solely derived from the South Island of New Zealand bordering a national park.  It is totally free from any form of contamination.

Practitioners also use bee pollen for hay fever or allergic rhinitis, mouth sores, rheumatism, painful urination, prostate conditions and radiation sickness.

Bee pollen refers to the pollen from flowers that collects on the legs and bodies of worker bees. It can also include amounts of nectar and bee saliva. Bee pollen composition varies depending on plant source and georgraphic region. Up to 50% of bee pollen may be polysaccharides. The other constituents include lipids, protein, simple sugars, vitamin C, and carotenoids.
