• Servings per bottle: 30 (3 tablets per day) / 15 (6 tablets per day)
• Daily serving: Men or women – 3 to 6 tablets.
• For optimal results split into 2 doses per day, AM and afternoon, with or after food.
• Take 3 per day for general increased immune system function; take 6 per day at times of infection or increased risk of infection.
