• Servings per bottle: 30
• Daily serving: Men or women from the age of 12 years - 2 tablets.
• Take both tablets in one dose, with or after food.
• Take 2-3 hours away from prescriptive medications where possible. If in doubt please consult your doctor or, one of our qualified staff.
• This product contains Vitamin K. If you are taking a blood thinning medication please consult your doctor as your medication dose may be able to be reduced.
