• Servings per bottle: 30
• Daily serving: Adult men – 6 tablets.
• For optimal results split into 2 doses per day, AM and afternoon, with or after food.
• Take 2-3 hours away from prescriptive medications where possible. If in doubt please consult your doctor or, one of our qualified staff.
• If taking on its own take 6 per day; If combined with Total Balance Men's Premium or Standard, take 6 per day for 2-3 months, then reduce to 3 per day.
