• Servings per bottle: 30
• Daily serving: Men or women - 2 soft gels.
• For optimal results take 2 soft gels 30 minutes prior to your evening meal. (If for any reason you are unable to take the 2 soft gels 30 minutes prior to your evening meal, please ensure that they are taken at least 2 hours prior to bed, as this allows more time for proper digestion before the body slows down during rest/sleep).
• The dosage can be doubled to 4 soft gels per day for the first 2-3 months. If doubling the
  dose take an additional 2 soft gels in the afternoon.
• Take 2-3 hours away from prescriptive medications where possible. If in doubt please consult your doctor.
