No matter where you live in the world we will charge you a flat $6.50 for shipping and handling for any orders under $60.
If your order comes to more than $60 you will qualify for FREE shipping.
Order confirmation emails
As soon as you confirm your order an automated confirmation email will be sent. This allows you to check the accuracy of your order and shipping address. We now offer a Track and Trace service on all USA and Canadian orders at no extra cost to you. Your tracking number will be provided in your order confirmation email and you can start tracking your order approximately a few hours after it has been dispatched from our warehouse and lodged with New Zealand Post.
If you don’t receive this email soon after placing the order, please check your junk mail folder. If it is not in there you may have entered an incorrect email address or the email may have been blocked by your email service provider. Please use the Contact Us page to send us a message if you have any concerns about your order, or you have not received a confirmation email.
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of the order being processed. When your order is dispatched we send a further email to confirm this and all USA and Canadian order confirmation emails will include your tracking number.
How is my order sent?
Your order is dispatched using New Zealand Post priority airmail.
When will my order arrive?
We find that our products are delivered, on average, in 4 business days. However sometimes this can be as short as 2 business days, while other times it could take up to 10 business days. The below are averages based on worldwide delivery locations:
- In the USA can be as short as 2 - 10 business days.
- In Canada delivery can be as short as 4 - 7 business days.
- The UK can be as short as 3 - 10 business days.
- The rest of the world can vary between 5 - 15 business days.
Delivery can also be delayed in many countries in December and January due to postal system congestion.
Can I track my order?
We now offer free tracked shipping to the US and Canada enabling you to monitor your parcel every step of the way. We are working through options and hope to be able to offer a similar method of delivery to the rest of the world soon.
Declaration of Value and Contents
We declare the full value of your order on the shipping declaration label and documents.
We label the contents as "Dietary Supplements" and/or "Cosmetics".
It is possible you may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, GST (VAT) or quarantine fees upon receipt of your product. These charges are separate from the Xtend-Life shipping charge. You will be billed directly for any such charges by your local Customs office. Please refer to your local Customs office for more details on any import taxes or additional charges that you may incur.
We have no control or influence on these charges and their application. The payment of any such charges will be the responsibility of the person receiving the order.
Please note the following countries do not have import duties:
- New Zealand
Each country has different regulations about buying products from other countries. You are responsible to make sure that buying nutritional supplements from New Zealand is allowed.
In regard to the Xtend-Life Skincare range, we are able to distribute this worldwide.
If the customs office in your country returns your order to us - either because you did not have permission to import such supplements or because such supplements are banned, we will refund your credit card as per our refund policy.
We are able to ship our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following:
- The City must be entered as either "APO" "DPO" or "FPO"
- The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP"
- You must enter your Zip code
- Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number
- Enter your country as "United States of America"
Please note, orders shipped to an APO/FPO address may take longer to be delivered. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive.
What if my order goes missing?
There is no risk to you!
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after it is dispatched, please notify us. We will replace any lost order free of charge.
In most cases the replacement can be shipped after 15 business days. However in the case of some countries, or during holiday periods we may need to allow another week or so for delivery of the original order.
We now offer Track and Trace on all USA and Canadian orders at no extra cost to you, so you have the added security that you know where your order is approximately a few hours after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Can I ship using Courier?
Please contact us for details if you would like to use this option.
In the case of some countries/regions courier is the recommended or only option. These include United Arab Emirates , India, Africa etc.
Canadian customers often choose this option due to long Customs delays with postal orders.
The cost is $34.00 for orders less than $60 and $27.50 for orders over $60.
