It is getting close to that time of year again when many of our customers world-wide are preparing for the festive season.
A large number of our customers send some of our products to family and friends as gifts. Sometimes because of delays in the mail, the packages may arrive late which could lead to disappointment or inconvenience.
At this time of year both the postal system and Customs can become backlogged so we wanted to take this opportunity to advise all customers when orders must be placed to be sure of timely delivery.
If you wish to place an order and be sure of delivery by December 24th, the dates for different countries are:
- USA, UK and other European countries: 2nd December
- Asia/Pacific: 3rd December
- Australia: 10th December
- All other countries: 30th November
If you have a regular scheduled order and you want to ensure that you have it before Christmas, please log into your account and adjust the shipping date just for your next order. Alternatively, contact one of our customer relations staff at email@example.com and they will arrange it for you.
