It’s 3 p.m., a few hours after lunch but several hours away from dinner. You’re feeling exhausted, your energy is depleted and all you want to do is curl up and have a quick nap. Since very few office settings provide for such naps, many of us head for the coffee machine or the vending machine for a chocolate bar, because we’re tired, it’s much harder to control sugar cravings.
