    Hi Tim,

The bovine gelatin in the soft gels is certified kosher and halal.

Halal certified means that the bovine gelatin in our product can be consumed by Muslims.

    Hi Amir,

There are a lot of ingredients used in our products (e.g. over 80 different ingredients in Total Balance Premium), and only some of them have halal certificates provided by the suppliers. Therefore, it will be a long process to have all our products certified but we are working on it.

In the meantime, plant and animal sources of ingredients are listed on our labels for your information and may help you to decide if these products are suitable for your consumption.

    Best regards,
    Andrei

    Dear Maram,

    Thank-you for contacting us.

The gelatin that is present in our products is part of the capsules that we use for products such as our Omega 3 Fish Oil  and Lipi-Rite supplements.

The source of the gelatine is bovine (animal based from cattle). This is highly purified (Halal certified) and non-hydrolyzed gelatin.

At the moment the only products that we offer in vegetable capsules is our Female Rejuvenator and Kiwi Klenz.

I hope this information is useful. Please do let me know if you have any more questions.

    Dear Sir,
Your products have truly impressed me and I want to order a few, but before doing so, I have a few questions.
Does Xtendlife Multi Xtra contain gelatin? If so, what is the source of gelatin in it?
Which of your products have porcine or non-Halal/Kosher gelatin?

    Thanks in advance.

    i am a muslim.

    Muslim dietary general rules are:
    1. No alcohol
    2. No Pork or anything origin from pork
    3. Source from animal like chicken, mutton or lamb or beef, must be islamically slaughtered.

All seafood (fish, shellfish, squid etc) are halal for muslim. the same rules applied for Kosher. Particularly for gelatin. If it is derived from bovine, it must be handled in islamic way.

Can u ensure all your product is certified and meet the above requirement? If possible, please publish halal certified at your website. If yes, i would like to order your product for my family as well as my parent.

    thank you.

    regards
    Nawawi

    Dear Nawawi,

It was lovely speaking to you on LiveChat yesterday.

As discussed, although some of the ingredients we use come with a halal (and/or kosher) certificate and a lot of the ingredients are not derived from forbidden sources, unfortunately none of our current products have a halal or kosher certificate.

Customers have to make their own mind up as to whether they feel comfortable taking any of our products, based on the information provided on the product labels.

I hope our conversation was helpful. Please do not hesitate to get in touch again should you have any further questions or concerns.

    Kind regards,
