Question

Why I seem to always have cold fingers?

Any advice as to why I seem to always have cold fingers when everyone else around me says they are fine?

Answer

Hi David,

I can't diagnose you specifically as I am sure you understand. There are many potential reasons for this, such as lack of exercise, bad diet, poor general circulation, side effects of medicines and so on.

So the first thing I would do is to evaluate your general lifestyle in terms of diet, fluids, and exercise. Make sure all these areas are as healthy as possible and you have a good daily exercise level (within your capabilities).

Next, if you are taking any medications check their side effects with your doctor, or let me know what they are so that I can help you with this.

Next, it may be helpful for you to have some general blood tests done with your doctor to evaluate your circulatory health and blood status. This may provide some indicative information or at least help to rule out any potential causes.

Bearing all this in mind, and concentrating on the lifestyle areas already mentioned, I would perhaps consider looking at our Omega 3/QH Ultra and our Cardio-Klenz supplements to try to help improve your general circulation (again, if you are on any meds, let me know what these are).

Total Balance could be added for a full 3-formula protocol to help balance and strengthen your overall wellness, and support the above supplements and changes.
