Promotions to Say Thank You

If you have been following this blog and reading our newsletter, you may recall that we are currently building new offices a short distance from our current premises. We are making excellent progress in getting the new building completed...in fact, we are right on track for an official opening to be held in April 2013. It will definitely be a huge milestone in Xtend-Life's history.

This has only been made possible because of the incredible support we've always had from you - our loyal customers from all over the world.

To show our appreciation for this support and as part of celebrating the move into our new global headquarters, we are starting two promotions.

The first promotion will offer you a chance to win free return flights for two to Christchurch, New Zealand from any part of the world to participate in the Global Headquarters opening ceremony plus a free accommodation in Christchurch for a week.

While every customer has a chance to win, our loyal customers will have a greater chance to win. Many of you have supported us for years and will now automatically get dozens of entries into the prize draw. This is how it works:

Any customer who places at least one order while the promotion is running will get one chance to win the prize for each order ever placed...even years before the promotion started. For Loyalty Program orders this will be doubled: two chances to win the prize for each Loyalty Program order ever placed.

Here's an example...if you placed two orders before joining our Loyalty Program and further two orders after joining the program, you will get a total of six entries into the prize draw.

The second promotion is a series of monthly prize draws with two winners each month. Any customer who places an order while the promotion is running will get a chance to win the price of their order back. Again, this will be doubled for Loyalty Program orders - each of those will give you two automatic entries into the prize draw. There is no restriction on the number of entries that may be earned in any month.

Our second promotion increases the chances of winning a prize for everyone, and as with our first promotion, our most loyal customers will have higher chances of winning.

    I probably didn't read carefully enough.  I know from the previous e-mail that the contest started December 1, but how long does it last?  I just received my usual products, since I am on your automatic plan, but it shipped just at the end of November.  Does that count?  If not, I'll scroll down your list of products and order something, even if I don't immediately need it, since a trip to New Zealand would be the trip of a lifetime for me.

    Hi George, Each order placed and shipped between 1 December 2012 and 15 March 2013 will give you an automatic entry into two prize drawings: for the grand prize (trip to New Zealand) and to win the value of the order back. Each order between 16 March 2013 and 30 April 2013 will give you an automatic entry into the drawing to win the value of the order back. Since you are on an automatic Loyalty Program plan, the above will  be doubled, i.e. you will get double entries for every order.     I'm a bit confused.  If I am on automatic shipment, is an automatic shipment an "order placed," even though all I have done is not cancel it?  Does each shipment count as an "order placed"?

    Just to clarify the promotion for free tickets to NZ - I have been in the LP since 2003 however, there was a period of approx 2.5yrs between 2008 and 2011 when income was very limited and I could not continue with regular monthly orders.  Will all of my orders, despite the break in my loyalty program, be entered into the draw?

    Hopefully they will.  I await the outcome with crossed fingers! 

    When will the winners be notified, and how?

    All of your orders will be entered into the draw. Your Loyalty Program orders placed between  2003 - 2008 and between 2011 - now will give you two entries for each order. Your other orders placed between 2008 - 2011 will give you an entry for each order. 

    We will be notifying winners of the monthly draws every month and we will notify the winner of the main prize at the end of March.

    If you use the same account as in the past and place at least one order before the promotion ends, this order will be entered into the promotion, as well as all orders you placed in the past, even in 2008. But again, you need to use the same account that you used in the past. It is not a problem that you changed your address, but please make sure your account has your current valid email address and, just in case, your current valid telephone number (we will only use this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy). If you don't have access to your account, please contact our Customer Relations team and they will help you.

    Just for fun, I just checked my records and realize that I have been a loyalty customer since
    November 2009......I was truly amazed.  I have been using your products faithfully and will continue to do so as I truly believe there are no other products on the market that compare to yours.  For example, this winter, although everyone around me has been plagued by a terrible flu virus I have escaped its wrath (touch wood, salt over shoulder, clenching my four-leaf-clover) The chance to visit New Zealand and the grand opening of your new headquarters would be my dream of a lifetime......I've got my fingers crossed!!

    I am a new client to your product. I have usesd  many products over the years and have had a face life etc.  I have used the full line of  OROGOLD PRODUCTS, OBAGI, DR. PEROCONE, STRIVECTIN, ALGENIST TO MANY OTHERS TO MENTION. I  am looking forward to trying your product! I am 57 years of age, don't smoke, drink plenty of water, watch my diet and exercise...but not enough. I am retired from owning a successful Real Estate Company in Florida. Currently myself and husband travel around the country ( depending on the warmer states) and enjoy power paragliding. My daughter of my four grandchildren will be graduating college at the end of August 2103. I would love the opportunity to win the trip to Australia, never being out of the USA.     You can purchase our products online through this website.  We ship all over the world and for our Singapore client's the price is in US dollars.  To order, please go to our Home page and under the search bar at the top of the page you will see 'Create an Account'.  Once you have done that you can place an order with us.

    We offer 10% discount on orders over $300 or if you join our Loyalty Program and order at least every 95 days you will receive 10% discount irrespective of the dollar amount you purchase.

    We have been taking Omega 3/DHA Fish Oil Premium for several years and it certainly have improved our general health and well being.  This product is the best value for the money that I have seen any where.  I hope y'all will at least try it for a while and find the same results.
